Precautions for Using Cube Shelf Bins

Generally, commonly used cube shelf bins are made from copolymer polypropylene and polyethylene. Therefore, these boxes possess the advantages of both materials, such as acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, ease of cleaning, and the ability to hold a large amount of goods. However, they also have some unavoidable disadvantages, such as poor heat resistance, unsuitability for use under direct sunlight, and a tendency to age. Because of these drawbacks, cube shelf bins should be used in environments where they are not suitable for direct sunlight.

The ideal operating environment for cube shelf bins is generally between -30°C and 70°C. Use within this range is usually safe; however, care should be taken to avoid placing them too close to heat sources to prevent deformation.
